How can I get hold of this article?
UHL Libraries & Information Services may be able to get hold of this article even if we don't hold the journal ourselves. There is no charge for this service but we will need a copyright declaration from the person making the request before the article is requested so that we will comply with UK copyright legistation.

Staff working for University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.

How can I request this article?
Even though we need a copyright declaration from you for this article we can accept requests by email in some circumstances. You can simply download this text document, copy all the text into your email (using your work or academic email account) and fill in the details, and then we can accept that as a declaration. Just send the email to either LRI, Glenfield or LGH Libraries.

We cannot accept such requests from other email accounts (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) and so if you cannot email us from a work or accademic email account, we will require a physically signed copyright form. You can download a 'photocopy request form' here. You can copy and paste the article details into the form, print it, sign it and then the form can be either delivered, faxed or scanned/emailed to either Glenfield, LGH Library, or LRI Library.

How long will it take?
We would expect it to arrive in a few days as it is coming from another library. If you leave us your contact details, we will keep you informed of its progress. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will email the article to you when it arrives.
